Entire one bedroom Flat in village

The bed is a double bed with a sofa in the room for guests to sit on. Hot drinks are available for guests to make themselves. Check in time can be flexible depending on the day. Shared living room/dining room. I am usually available to speak to or email for any queries, I do work though and may not be able to answer my phone immediately. Please ask if you need to check in or out at different times. I try to be flexible. Well serviced village in a commuter village close to Lincoln. The village has the long distance footpath the Viking way at the side of it. Regular buses into town, two pub eateries as well as another pub. Buses are about every 30 minutes during the day into Lincoln. Taxis cost between £6 and £8 from the city to the flat. Please note there is no television. There is WiFi and a dvd player though. On street parking, no dedicated space.
