Nicopolis Villa

The Nicopolis Villa is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea, the Vrachos Beach , and it’s just 100 meters from the coast. The combination of the endless blue and the unique environment. The beach is considered to be one of the best due to the size, the quality of the sandy beach and the clean waters. The location is ideal for those who love nature, sea, beautiful views, tranquility and friendly atmosphere. It is a place ideal for families. The house is divided into two levels, with an internal staircase and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. On the upper level there is a large room with a double bed and a panoramic view to the sea. Also a room with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower level there is a room with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the sea and a bathroom with a shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The relaxing sofas of the living room combined with the breathtaking view of the balcony will make you feel relaxed. From the balcony you can enjoy the enchanting sunset. A garden with barbecue facilities is located around the house. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is organized with many restaurants, cafe bars and water activities. The cafe's provide beach umbrellas free of charge but we normally order our coffee or fresh juices or snacks etc. from them during our staying there. At a distance of 30 minutes you will find the picturesque PARGA with the beautiful narrow alleys and PREVEZA with the wonderful taverns. Also the visit to Nekromanteio and Acheronta river is a unique experience, with the ability to walk or swim in crystal clear waters or horseback riding or rafting. Enjoy the first rays of the sun jogging at the long beach of Vrachos. At a distance of 30 minutes you will find the picturesque PARGA with the beautiful narrow alleys and PREVEZA with the wonderful taverns.
