Napton Fields Holiday Cottages are perfectly situated when visiting rural Warwickshire for business or pleasure. A great base for exploring or working at nearby Southam, Gaydon (including The British Motor Museum), Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, NAC Stoneleigh, Silverstone and the Cotswolds. We are minutes away from The Grand Union Canal - Napton Loop and numerous marinas. Also perfect for Warwick House wedding venue in Southam, or just visiting family and friends. The Granary – Is a traditional barn which has been lovingly converted to a high specification self catering holiday let, open plan living with exposed beams, wrought iron features & Juliette balcony.. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay for our guests. The Granary is fully furnished with open plan fitted kitchen, breakfast bar/work area & lounge. Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump. The Granary has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom & bathroom on the first floor, with a separate shower room with walk-in shower on the ground floor. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate extra guests. •Towels, linen & toiletries provided. •Tea, coffee, sugar & milk included. •Electric Oven & Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine. •Freeview flat screen TV in lounge & Main bedroom •Free wifi – rural broadband. •Private off road parking. •Picnic tables for ‘Al Fresco’ dining. Guests have sole use of the Granary, including the patio area & picnic tables & are welcome to walk around the farm, meet the horses & see the lambs from Feb to April. Bring your horse with you! Overnight stabling available for up to 8 horses. BBQ available, please ask if you would like to use it. I am available on site to greet you and if need anything or have any questions during your stay. Close to the historic town of Southam and the picturesque Napton-On-The-Hill. Parking outside your cottage, The Granary is half a mile from the nearest bus stop. As we are rural and The Granary is situated on a farm, please note we are 1 mile to the nearest supermarket and restaurants so a car/taxi is required. The Granary is a two storey property with two steps at the front to gain access and a staircase sadly making it unsuitable for wheelchair users. Secure off road parking as we are located in a rural position down a tree lined drive. Internet connection and mobile phone signal is rural so please have patience & do not expect high speed broadband.
