This family home is situated in a uniquely beautiful location. It directly borders the Greyton Nature Reserve, boasting uninterrupted views into the reserve, and the magnificent Riviersonderend mountain range as it's backdrop. The abundance of hiking and bicycle trails are literally on your doorstep. The house is safe, privately situated and perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy everything outdoors that Greyton has to offer. MAIN LIVING AREA This consists of an open plan area which houses the lounge with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. This opens up onto a large veranda with braai / bbq facilities and garden all with beautiful mountain views. BEDROOMS There are 3 double bedrooms in the main house. One of which leads through to a study with double sleeper couch which is perfect for kids. The main house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. There is also a separate loft studio with a 4th double bed, it's own kitchenette and bathroom. This can accommodate a further 2 adults, and a child on single bed. A host will meet you at the property on arrival, show you around and ensure that you have everything that you need. She is contactable during your stay should you require anything. The property is ideally located for nature lovers, being at the foot of the Riviersonderend mountain range and entrance to the Greyton Nature Reserve which spans an area of 2200 hectares. There are numerous marked hikes of varying distances, including the well known Greyton to McGregor hiking route also known as the Boesmanskloof Trail. For trail runners the routes are endless and start at the front gate. You can choose from steep technical climbs to easy flowing single track or even jeep track. Greyton is equally well known for it's stunning mountain bike trails. The trails are extremely well maintained and managed. Check out (Website hidden by Airbnb) Whilst dogs are not permitted in the reserve, there are numerous dog friendly walks with information at the property on the best options. Nothing is very far away in Greyton, but if you need need to pop into the village, it's just a scenic walk or short drive away.
