Lovely Villa at Gjiri Lalzit, Lalzi Bay, Lura 1

The Villa is very comfortable in a very luxurious and beautiful complex of villas in Lalzi bay, Lura 1. Each room includes all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. The Villa is less than 1 minute walk from the beach. Nearby there are several restaurants, grocery shops, playgrounds, a fitness area and a pool. This is a 2 floor villa, which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped functional kitchen and 1 living room with a fireplace. The bedrooms are both in the 2nd floor along with one of the bathrooms and they each have a private balcony. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a king size bed and the other one with two single beds also with two portable beds. The other bathroom is located in the first floor with the rest of the rooms. One of the best features of this villa is the beautiful veranda in the first floor, which has a wonderful view facing the beach where you can enjoy a morning coffee (or brunch if you like to sleep ;) ). The villas sorrounding is a 500 meter square green area where you can have a barbecue or just relax and enjoy the nature. A private beach, available only for residents, is within 50 meters, less than one minute walk. If you are looking for a quiet and private place to spend your vacation, we believe, you will not be disappointed from our villa. :) The guests will have access to the whole villa. Inside the residence they have access to the children’s playground which is located at the beach. The beach has also private and public area, in the private area you can rent and umbrella and chairs. Or you can use the public area and you can use the umbrella and the chairs provided by the host. I always try my best to support my guests needs if anything arises. The Villa is less than 1 minute walk from the beach. The complex has very beautiful pedestrian areas. It is perfect for running, walking or biking. There are football and basketball fields for children and adults. One can have a nice meal/drink on the villa's balcony while enjoying the fresh air as well as the views of the gardens and green areas. The complex has a very well taken care of a private beach. Grocery store, several restaurants, bars, playgrounds all within walking distance. Pine trees throughout the complex, combined with the sea breeze makes up the perfect Adriatic atmosphere.
