Double modern room

My place is close to parks, art and culture, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because it`s a quiet residential area but close to the city . 10 minute bus ride into Lincoln city centre ,buses run every 10 -12 minutes. 10 minute car journey to RAF Waddington. WI-fi in the room / freeview tv. Breakfast hamper . We also have listed ( look under MODERN EN_SUITE ROOM ) a further room if this one is booked ,or you require 2 double rooms for the same dates. Off-road parking . Quiet residential area. Short car or bus ride into Lincoln city centre. i am happy to provide a cooked breakfast but obviously at an extra cost, should guests require. guests are offered to breakfast in their room or in my kitchen, tea and coffee and the breakfast hamper is provided in the room for your convenience.
