If you are looking for a place to stay on the Isle of Sheppey we‘d love to host you in our brand new home. We have just finished decorating the flat to make it very homely, and included a Smart TV, Stereo and the usual mod cons to make sure that you’ll be very comfortable during your stay! There is a private parking space available and plenty of free parking in the car park opposite if your group has more than 1 car. Double bedroom has en suite with shower, main bathroom has bath with shower over. Whether you are staying for business, visiting family, bird watching, or enjoying your holiday we’re sure that you’ll love staying at our contemporary and modern flat. The property is convenientally located in the middle of the Island, making it an ideal base to explore from. There is a children’s play park opposite and a co.op supermarket, 2 mins away from the flat. There is also a playing field and nearby dog walking. During the Covid pandemic, we are committed to deep cleaning . We also do“fogging” for Covid throughout the flat between guests, where possible. The whole flat is for your own use during your stay. We are Christine and Peter and have lived on the Isle of Sheppey for over 40 years, running the local Flower Shop and a Cleaning business. We know the Island and surrounding area as well as anyone and we are more than happy to recommend our top tips on where to go and what to do. We live within a 5 min drive of the flat and so will be on hand to assist if required. The flat is situated on a newly built development in Minster, close to Minster Abbey. Minster is the residential heart of the island and is an ideal spot to explore the island from, as it centrally located between the beaches of Leysdown and the port of Sheerness. Use of a car is recommended: -5-10 min drive from the RSPB Elmley Nature Reserve -The nearest beach (the Leas) is also only a 5-10 min drive away, which is also on the national Windsurfing circuit. -Several Pubs and Takeaways in Minster Village within a mile's walk. Good access to London, one hour by train from Sittingbourne. Guests are also welcome to use 2 unisex mountain bikes, which have lights and locks and are stored in the bike shed. However this is at your own risk. It's a 1st floor flat - one flight of stairs - no lift
