Host My House manages this property which is owned by Mr R & Mrs G Selby The Coach House consists of: - An open plan living room, dining area and bedroom - A fully equipped kitchen with built in fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and microwave - A modern bathroom with a shower above the bath - A sofa bed in the main room which is suitable for one adult or child to sleep on. If you will require the sofa bed to be made up for your stay, please let us know. An additional fee will be charged. - Great quality free unlimited wifi with around 50 Mbps download speed and 9.3Mb upload speed. - There is plenty of private off-street parking available, so please feel free to use! - A bistro set on the patio outside the entrance of the The Coach House. This is shared with guests from the other flat. - There is CCTV at front and rear making this a high security property. A home away from home with everything you will need. Tetsworth is about 3 miles south of Thame and close to the M40 motorway, approximately half way between junctions 6 and 8, so is very easy to get to by car. The 275 bus service runs through Tetsworth on its route between Oxford and High Wycombe, but you will need to consider the irregularity of village buses. The nearest 275 bus stop is just a 5 minute walk away on The Green. The Thornhill Park & Ride (OX3 8DP) is the quickest and easiest way to get into Oxford city centre if you have a car. Just park up, pay at the machine and jump on any bus to take you into the city centre. Haddenham & Thame Parkway train station is only 8 miles away. Trains will take you into London Marylebone in 45 minutes and Bicester Village in 15 minutes. Other guests may be staying in Flat 1 during your stay so please do keep noise levels down between 10pm and 8am. The M40 is nearby and can be heard from outside the property depending on weather conditions. If you would like the sofa bed to bed set up, please let us know when you make the booking. If you have only booked for 2 people, there will be an additional charge of £10 for this. If you have booked for 3 people, this will be included in the additional guest fee.
