Two very spacious bedrooms with kitchenette and large private bathroom with own corridor. Ideal for families. Excellent base for exploring the surrounding beaches in Saltburn , Robinhoods Bay, Runswick bay and the Moors National park, Whitby and Goathland. Well behave, house trained pets are welcome but cannot be left alone. £15 per pet per stay Max 2 pets Continental breakfast available at £5 pp. Local deli breakfast box £7.50 pp Apart from a double bed, there is also a comfortable sofa, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and dinner service in the big bedroom and coffee/tea making facilities in both rooms. There is also a small table and chairs in the biggest bedroom. The rooms are set in an end terrace house. There are a few steps to get into the property and another staircase leading to the bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. Clean pets are allowed on the furniture. Guests have access to their bedrooms with kitchenette & private bathroom at all times. Shared access to the garden can be arranged. There is on street parking free of charge. I respect your privacy but am always around for a chat if guests would like that. I run a complementary medicine clinic in the same house so I'm always around if guests need me. The house is situated in a quiet area with easy access to excellent local shops and a few cafes were you can get lovely food and coffees There are two bus stops right outside the house which will get you into the surrounding areas. Teesflex pick up service also available. However if you wanted to visit the beaches or Moors National Park, I recommend coming by car Archie is an 8 year old blue whippet who lives with me at the property and considers himself part of the welcoming committee and guest entertainment.
