Exclusive villa with pool near Sthlm city and lake

Exclusive design villa with 2 levels, 15 min to city with car. Heated pool,sauna. Hot tub with big Tv ready2021. Golf Course- 3min walk, (Ågesta GK). Tennis court 200m from the house available for free! Big terrace with pool and a large garden with a large area to have activities on. Lots of fun to do for the kids with a built-in trampoline, playhouse, swings and more! Beach, shopping center and nature reserves nearby. The house is the perfect foundation for a fantastic vacation in Stockholm. Own designed villa built in 2010. Close to Stockholm city, but still in a wonderful nature area. There are not many villas with such good conditions like this near Stockholm city. Lake view from the property line (200m to the lake) Tennis court available, 300m to a good golf course, nature reserve with beautiful countryside, bird watching, horse stable, (ride, reservation), good jogging places, outdoor gym, 10 min to Globen, Tele2 Arena, 10min Stockholm fair (Stockholm-Älvsjömässan), 5min Farsta Centrum. You have everything you need near you, the bike to the grocery store for 5-10 minutes. We have our personal things in the house. We leave empty shelves in the fridge / freezer, besides that you can use everything that the house has to offer! The place is rented entirely, so there will be total privacy for you, with the only interaction being handover and service functions. The house is set in the Stockholm borough of Ågesta. The Farsta Centrum shopping center is a 15-minute walk away, as is the Farsta Strand train station. Play a round of golf at the nearby Ågesta golf course or take a stroll to the beach. Bus station Henningsberg is right outside! Subway and commutter train goes from Farsta strand. Vi får väldigt många förfrågningar om olika event ,tex svensexa, möhippa, födelsedagsfest, bröllop. ( Var ärlig i beskrivningen så blir det bäst för alla, tack 🙏). 1. We have a smaller house beside the villa that we rent out separatly to a woman. It will not effect your stay in any way more than that she might have her car infront of the house. 2. We are currently building a small house at the end of the plot (The grass area is a bit smaller then on the picctures) but there is still a large area to do acctivities on!.. Leave the house in good condition, as you recieved it, cleaned and with all furniture and things where they where originally positioned. You don't have to laundry bed linen and towels, just leave the laundry. Grill is available, gas heater, dart, bowler, croqet and more. Boose speakers outdoors and recessed speakers indoors that you easily use with Sonos on your mobile or computer. All three TV:s have chrome cast that allows you to easily stream what you want to see from computer or mobile. Or sign in with our Netflix account.
