Proposed mountain house, in stone of 110sqm in a medieval village
Stone house, completely renovated (110 sqm) within a charming medieval village, with private outdoor courtyard, terrace on "lookout" and 2 bedrooms (4-5 beds). The house, completely renovated, has retained its original features, stone walls (even inside), ceilings and wooden floors, floors with antique terracotta tiles (recovered during the renovation). On two floors, on the ground floor there is a hall-hall with a small study-room (with manger and stone walls), a small closet and a wide corridor that leads to a spacious dining-room from which you can access the wide and fully enjoyable kitchen. Through the stairs leading to the second floor leads to the master bedroom with a splendid view of the "Spoleto valley", to the bathroom with shower and to the guest bedroom. The latter is equipped with 2 windows one of which leads into the terrace overlooking the private courtyard and the picturesque landscape. Outside a private courtyard (40 meters) offers the opportunity to enjoy the healthy climate and sunbathing and dinners or refreshments with friends. The house is furnished with antiques, some of value, others in poor art and furnishings and accessories of the Umbrian culture and tradition. The house is located in Umbria, in the province of Perugia, in the Coste district of the Municipality of Trevi. Immersed in the centuries-old wood about 700 meters above sea level, the small village is close to Spoleto (20 minutes by car), famous for the Festival dei due Mondi, Fonti del Clitunno, Assisi (20 minutes) and Perugia. In a few minutes you can reach the village of Trevi, famous for its medieval characteristics and equipped with shops and services of all kinds. Foligno is also easily reachable (about 10 minutes) where there are numerous shopping centers.
