The house is located in Umbria, in the province of Perugia, in the Coste district of the Municipality of Trevi. Immersed in the centuries-old wood about 700 meters above sea level, the small village is close to Spoleto (20 minutes by car), famous for the Festival dei due Mondi, Fonti del Clitunno, Assisi (20 minutes) and Perugia. In a few minutes you can reach the village of Trevi, famous for its medieval characteristics and equipped with shops and services of all kinds. Foligno is also easily reachable (about 10 minutes) where there are numerous shopping centers.
