Private guest room in lovely terraced property in the historical uphill area of Lincoln with the cathedral, castle and Steep Hill less than a 10 minute stroll away. Numerous lovely restaurants, tea rooms and bars are all close by with the city centre just a 20 minute walk down the hill. My property is ideally situated for exploring both the historical area of Lincoln with its magnificent cathedral and castle which houses a copy of the Magna Carta and also the newer downtown shopping area with its shops, department stores and busy waterfront where you can take a trip along the river by pleasure boat. Private bedroom next to a large bathroom with separate shower. The property is a few yards from the Lincolnshire Life Museum and a working windmill. The property is situated opposite local shops and a bus stop with a regular service to and from the city centre. Free roadside parking outside between 6pm and 8am and all day Sunday. At other times there is free parking in nearby side streets. Guests are invited to help themselves to hot drinks, bread, preserves, cereal and fruit.
