Garden Studio with a view

Sleep in crisp cotton sheets, on a soft king sized bed. Awake to birdsong, in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Breakfast on your own terrace, with far reaching southern views...relax. The Garden studio is a wing of the main barn, where we live,with our 2 friendly dogs and a beautiful black cat. Our hens wander our 4 acres, eggs are left for you. Self catering. Guests are welcome to sit under the lime tree for a sundowner and walk the field and garden . The Studio is thoroughly cleaned . The far reaching views , look out over rolling hills unspoilt countryside. The property faces south and your terrace is south facing . Guests are welcome to walk around the garden and our field has mowed pathways around the perimeter down to the stream and over the bridge..The property is light and comfortable . It is self catering, with a small kitchen. Guests can access the laundry room should they need to . If their stay is more than 7days. Also in the garage there is a deep freeze. We live on the property, the garden studio is a wing of our barn. We keep a low profile for your privacy , however your studio is within our large private garden. So please respect this. Our dogs cat and hens all roam free here. We are always there for help, suggestions, and whatever else to make your stay as good as possible. We are 3 miles from Otley shop, where you can buy everything and use the post office for a cash point. 5 minutes walk from the Cretingham Bell. 6 miles from Framlingham , with its pretty town square and amazing castle that Ed Sheeran sings about. Ed sponsors a cafe in Framlingham. There is a nice little Saturday and Tuesday market, also many good shops and pubs. There is ample parking space right outside your garden (URL HIDDEN) our private off road drive There is a full house file suggesting pubs,shops, walks, certificates and local information, and emergency numbers etc.
