Self catering accomodation close to the beach

Spacious, open plan studio unit, with 7 steps & private entrance. Sleeps 2 adults & 2 children or 4 adults. There is no stove, but the fully equipped kitchenette has a microwave, electric frying pan & fridge. We are 5 mins drive from the ocean and 2 lovely swimming beaches. We have supermarkets close by and a shopping mall 10 minutes away. We have monkeys visiting which can be noisy for that time period as all the neighborhood dogs, and mine, bark at them. We are 40 mins from Durban & Ushaka. The studio is ideal for business people needing overnight accommodation, small families or small groups of people travelling together. The studio is separate from the house with it's own entrance, making it private and ideal for guests to come and go as they wish. access to the unit is via 7 stairs. I work as an estate agent, which means I am not always at home. However, I am a phone call away should guests require anything from me. Warner Beach is a quaint residential area with lovely beaches, tidal pools, a few pubs and a large shopping centre 10 minutes away for all your needs The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the house. There is no public transport available so you would need your own transport to go anywhere. I have dogs that love people. They may pay guests a visit from time to time. I have recently fitted a small gate to keep them out to accommodate guests that may not like dogs or have allergies.
