Separate Entrance, 2 floors (1st floor: Bedroom with big double bed and sleeping couch, ground floor: kitchen, eating area, bathroom, sleeping couch). Perfect for the family or romantic vacation. Location: 500 m from the centre of Seewalchen, 2 min to lake Attersee with car, 10 min to the lake by walking. Massage Studio for wellness treatments next to the apartment. New renovated apartment, quiet but also close to the center of Seewalchen, the lake, shops, restaurants, the highway, etc... are very close. A massage studio for wellness treatments is next to the apartment. The apartment has a separate entrance. The guests enjoy total privacy. If help and information about the area is needed (leisure facilities, restaurants, etc.), I am glad to assist my guests and give useful information about Seewalchen and the area. The apartment is close to the centre of Seewalchen, but still very quiet. It was totally renovated in 2017. Next to the house exists also a massage studio for wellness treatments. Shops, the beautiful lake Attersee and the highway for day trips (e.g. to Gmunden, Salzburg or Linz) can be reached within a few minutes. Der lake Attersee and all the shops (bakery shop, supermarket, farmacy, hairdresser, fashion shop, coffee shops, restaurants) can be reached by walking within a few minutes. The highway can be reached by car within 3 min. Die cities Salzburg and Linz can be reached in about 45 minutes with car. Individual Check in and Check out dates (as you wish) might be possible, as long other bookings allow this.
