There is a beautiful church opposite and a promenade at the end of the road for running, walking and cycling. There is also a communal garden for sunbathing and picnicing. The kitchen has a fold down dining table / workspace with chair The apartment is on the ground floor of a small block, with easy street parking right outside. You have sole use of the entire apartment, with access through a short communal corridor. You will find a key safe outside the flat for contact free access. Please note some personal items will be stored in the flat. We'll leave you to enjoy your time away, but someone will be on hand should you need any assistance or local advice. Situated in a lovely neighbourhood, opposite a beautiful historic church, with the beach and town just at the end of the road, less than 5 minutes walk away. You'll find a selection of local restaurants, a tesco express and fish and chips within a stones throw. The beach and town with local restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities are just a few minutes walk away. You wouldn't need a car to visit as the train station is less than 15 minutes walk away and everything you need is within walking distance, including Butlins less than 20 minutes walk away. Should you wish to drive, you can easily park on the road outside for free. Chichester is a 15 minute drive away, The Witterings a 20 minute drive and Brighton a 50 minute drive.
