Country Retreat in 'Dolly'

Our converted Annex is at the front of our small-holding - We have managed to create a lovely open living area with everything brand new and for a small property it has hopefully everything you need. Our location is very rural and you can enjoy wonderful walks, cycling, (we are on a number of cycle routes), access to our 10 Acres where we have an orchard, horses, Turtle Sanctuary, wooded areas. We look forward to welcoming you to our on-going adventure with a few 'home-made goodies' . Dolly, has a separate bedroom but there is a sofa in the lounge area which is suitable for children or another couple. Dolly is separate with its own parking - you will have access to our 10 acres including a fire pit, wooded areas and lovely places to sit and un-wind. We are only 10-15 minutes from either St Neots or Bedford Train stations - where you can get into London within 30-40 minutes. We are 20-30 minutes drive from Cambridge, 'Dolly' Our Annex is separate to our main house, it is situated at the front of our property but benefits from sharing the 10 Acres we own, with stables, paddocks, woodland areas, outside seating and lots more. We have been hosting since 2012 with Dolly 1, and our 5 bedroomed family home - now we have moved we are creating a rather special place for guests to come to stay, 'Dolly 2' is our first completion, we live in the main farmhouse situated to the right of Dolly and we have permission to convert our out-buildings into a large 6/7 bedroomed rental barn - hoping to be finished later this year. We are usually 'on hand' but you can have as much/little contact as you would like. We have so many lovely rural places to visit - St Neots is a market town on the banks of the River Ouse - with local farmers markets, vintage tea rooms, cinema, many diverse restaurants. If you fancy something a bit more strenuous - you can go, go-karting/Archery/Clay Pigeon Shooting/sky diving and plenty more. Bedford / St Neots Train lines only 15 minutes drive - both lines go into London - Other major areas to get to by train are - Peterborough/Derby/Nottingham PLEASE NOTE: We have blocked out Dolly for a couple of months as we do the bulk of the work on our big family holiday rental - however, if you particularly would like to stay please contact us ASAP as we may be able to accommodate you depending on the position of the build.
