Quaint old house , unpolluted country air

A tiny old house and a big airy barn set upon a vast lawn and meadow, surrounded by two neighbors with dogs and chicken, otherwise ultra calm setting amongst fields, pastures and woods. Small pond and river down in the valley, 5mn walk through country lanes, or 2min car drive. Brilliant place to work from home, good wifi, 4 people can work from there, we did it in the spring 2020! Garden furniture, ping pong table, badmington net and bicycles, we also lend the rubberboots to go walking/ crayfish fishing along the mini rivers down the valleys; Hippique center at 8 km.
