The Stables is a spacious, 2 bedroom annexe situated in a quiet rural location with views of the Norfolk countryside. Recently refurbished, The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk. We are situated 6 miles south of Fakenham, and 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub, one of many excellent pubs and restaurants within easy reach. The property contains: Sitting Room: sofa, dining table and chairs, flat screen smart TV with double doors leading out to the garden area and patio adjoining our paddocks. Kitchen: fully fitted kitchen, with cooker oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. Master bedroom: king size bed and sofa bed. Second bedroom: double bed and single bed. Bathroom: bath with integrated shower, and toilet. Outside access: patio area with garden furniture and barbecue, looking out over open countryside. Facilities: off-road parking, high speed fibre broadband. Off street parking is available. The Stables is an annexe to our home but is entirely separate. The outside space adjoins our paddocks and so is close to our (friendly) horses. Well-behaved dogs welcome but please contact in advance.
