Self-contained Garden Lodge

A newly refurbished, detached and self-contained lodge next to our family home in Bracknell. Lovely quiet location, 0.7 miles from central Bracknell (Lexicon). A modern bedroom with a snack/drink station and an ensuite shower room. Full access to a family garden. 3 mins walk to Little Waitrose supermarket (open 24h), or KFC 5 mins walk to Harvester pub 7 mins walk to Leisure Centre (swimming pool, gym, spa, racket sports) 15 mins walk/5 mins drive to train station/central Bracknell ACCESS Our lodge is in a detached building, with an entrance from our garden. You will access the keys to the lodge and the garden gate via a secure key box. PARKING Ample free parking available just outside of our property. SPACE The room has a double bed, leather armchair + footstool, foldable table (for work or breakfast) with two foldable chairs. The shower room has a sink, a mirror cabinet, a good-size shower and the toilet. We provide the towels and toiletries. WiFi and TV Smart Samsung 42 inch TV with Netflix, Diney+ and Prime Video subscriptions plus hundreds of other on-demand channels. Free Wi-Fi within the property. FOOD STATION Food station has cutlery & crockery, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine. We provide free Tassimo coffee pods, tea selection, sugar and milk (soya milk on request). BREAKFAST We DON'T provide breakfast, but you can get your supplies from the local 24-hour Little Waitrose, which is a 3-minute walk away from the property. WASHING UP As there is no kitchen sink in the lodge, you can leave your used dishes outside - we will provide the replacements once a day. We'll be across the garden, so you are always welcome to ask for anything, whether in relation to the property or the local area. BRACKNELL (all within 5-10 mins drive) Bracknell is a popular mid-size town with a recently regenerated, award-winning Lexicon Shopping centre, which has a great choice of eateries, two cinemas, and other entertainment and retail venues. Other landmarks in Bracknell include Coral Reef Waterpark, The Lookout Discovery Centre, Swinley Forest, South Hill Park Theatre and Arts Centre.
