Spacious private 1 bedroom available inside a 3 bedroom property. Room is suitable for up to 3 guests (please be aware of extra person charges). Large window and wardrobe space in room. Full access to all communal areas of my home including a lovely small private garden. Room is spacious, nice lighting and large window for outdoor lighting if required. Wardrobe space available in room. My home is 15 mins bus ride away from South Croydon station. Gravel Hill tram stop is within 10mins walking distance (less than 15mins on the tram to East Croydon where you can pick up trains to rest of London and beyond) along with convenient local bus routes. This is a nice area with a local convenience store 2mins walk away. The high street is approx 10-15mins walk where you will find banks, coffee shops, supermarkets, pubs, local restaurants and many more. Closest shopping centre is West Croydon which you can easily reach by tram or bus. Shared bathroom and toilet - the toilet is in the room beside the bathroom so they can be used independently. The bathroom has shower and bath facility. Living and Dining area - Very large living and dining area with TV access and sofas. No eating or drinking on the sofas, large dining table in the same room. Kitchen - Large kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster access along with cutlery/pots/pans if required. Garden - Private garden space with a seated swing outside, accessible through the kitchen or dining room areas. Please ensure you only smoke outside. Happy to answer any questions throughout your stay. I will ensure checkin and checkout processes are smooth and that you are comfortable during your stay. I work in a school so during the week I will be unavailable between 7.30am - 4.30pm. Please avoid contact during these hours however if it’s urgent please text me as I do check my phone during breaks so I can call you back. Weekends I will be home with the kids but they are often distracted so wont be in the way much. This is a nice area with a local convenience store 2mins walk away. Parking - my street is not reserved parking so as long as there is space you are welcome to park on my road. Please advise me if you will be driving. Bus - Routes to South London, East Croydon and New Addington Tram - Routes to Wimbledon, Beckenham Junction, Elmers End and New Addington Train - East, West and South Croydon stations are easily accessible. Routes include fast trains to London Gatwick, Clapham Junction, London Victoria and London Bridge.
