Modern suburb home close to ocean and Copenhagen

The house has a bedroom with a TV and AppleTV with garden access, a kids room with a (adult size) bunk bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space with garden access, and a living room with a couch, TV with all kind of apps and a PlayStation. The garden is closed a hedge. It has a lounge area and dining area where the grill is also located. The garden has a lot of colourful flowers, a nice lawn and trees which are lit up at night. Our home is a beautiful, modern and clean suburban house with a great location close to various of facilities. The house has a playground just outside the door where you can watch the children from the kitchen window. It’s located close to shopping malls (only 10 minutes from Denmark’s biggest mall called Waves), beaches, parks, grocery stores, harbours and forests. The train station is 4 minutes away by car and you can reach Copenhagen by 20 minutes if you go by car or train. In addition to that it’s also possible to put up a travel-crib.
