Situated in a quiet residential area but with all amenities including pubs / restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minutes of the property and Nuneaton town centre only a 7 minute drive away. The House features a fully equipped kitchen, comfy/living dining room with 50 inch TV and fast wifi It is an outstanding home from home ! The entire house is available for guests to use Guests have access to the entire house I am available by telephone between 8am and 10 pm for general issues , or anytime if an emergency as I live only 5 minutes from the property The driveway is adjacent to the right hand side of the property and is suitable for up-to 3 cars, additional parking on the street outside is also available The bedrooms can either be configured as 2 single beds or 1 kingsize in each room please confirm requirements on booking
