Family home, located in the Perche, near Mortagne au Perche. In a small country estate, quiet and not overlooked. You can discover the Percheron countryside, hiking, greenway, horseback riding nearby. You will be 1h30 from Paris, 1h15 from Caen and the landing beaches, 1h from Le Mans and its museum of the 24h of Le Mans. Closer La Chapelle Montligeon and Lisieux for their basilica, the memorial of Montormel. We will welcome you with pleasure. House with south facing terrace. Large living room with open kitchen (with everything needed) Two adult bikes, two children bikes at your disposal  Big trampoline + table tennis table In the area: center Park (20 minutes by car), swimming pool, media library, cinema at (5minutes) You will have access to the office with internet, 3 bedrooms, large living room, terrace and a courtyard for vehicles. I will be absent during your stay but will be able to exchange by mail or telephone if necessary. A person on site can help you or inform you if necessary. The area is quiet. We are located in a small housing estate in a small village. The neighborhood is friendly. Commerce nearest to 5 'by car. Carport for vehicle. No public transport, compulsory vehicle or bicycle. Take care of our home as if it were yours! Housekeeping will not be charged but is to be done by the tenants. Hens and fish to feed if you like! Organic eggs as a reward!
