The Cottage is perfectly positioned for a great stay in Cornwall

The Cottage is located on the main road through the village of Probus. Probus is a small but well served village between Truro and St Austell, It is well placed to visit the Eden Project, St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula as well as numerous beaches on both coasts of the county. The cottage consists of a lounge with sofas and a flatscreen TV, dining room with table and chairs, sofa bed and allows access to the upstairs (range cooker for decorative effect only). The kitchen has all the bits you need for your stay and there is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs sees the two double bedrooms and the bathroom which has a shower over the bath.
