Beach villa

My house is approximately 4 km from the town of Villankulos on the beach. it is in a private secure estate of 14 houses . complete with house staff, security and an estate manager. we are only a 15 minute drive from the airport . At the bottom of the garden is your own private gate for beach access. This house is fully equipped with all appliances and requirements for 11 people. All rooms are en suite with mosquito nets and air conditioned. This perfect entertainment home is set in 1 hec of private grounds inside a fully secured complex and has its own private swimming pool. With full un-interruped views of the beautiful blue Indian Ocean and the Bazaruto archipelago, Vilanculos is the perfect destination for a private and relaxing holiday. It is the ideal spot for scuba diving, snorkelling, deep sea fishing, and kite surfing and many other adventures. There is an information booklet at the house with telephone numbers to help you organise exciting adventures while in Vilanculos, or speak to our very helpful staff. Should you be flying we will arrange transfers to and from the airport. if you are driving the roads to the house are accessible with any type pf vehicle. You will have complete private access to the house. our boat is available to hire with skipper minimum 2 consecutive days. Please inquire after booking. Car hire is available at the airport ,normally double cab 4x4 , you can also hire our house bakkie on a daily basis for R550/day plus fuel. Please inquire after booking. you might want to occasionaly want to pop into town its apps 4km on tarred/paved roads. I live in Jhb and am only a phone call, or email away for any help you might need. Some of the best beaches and coastal scenery in the world! Very private, no crowds. Secured quiet area away from town. We have a Nissan bakkie which we hire to guests only. This may be organised through myself. Please see photograph. The house has one staff member Sezzi, who works Monday to Friday, to clean and do laundry , and assist you with anything in the house or gardens. As your holiday is self-catering all your food requirements can be purchased in town. Should you wish, we can also organise a Cheff for you. The cost of a Cheff is R350/day to do all your food preparation and cooking (highly recommended).
