It is suitable for four people and an ideal starting point to visit the beautiful region in North Holland. The living room has a modern design with large windows so it's nice and bright. From the living room you can look out over the water on all sides, towards Westeinderplassen or the harbour. When you stand on the large roof terrace, which is the same size as the house itself, you have a nice view of the surroundings. There is a smaller terrace on the ground floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch in the sun. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. A coffee machine and a four-burner hob ensure that you can easily prepare a delicious meal for your family or friends. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. Are you an avid water sports enthusiast? At the reception of Jachthaven Kempers Watersport you can rent SUP boards, canoes and other fun boards. There are also several sailing schools on the Westeinderplassen where you can take a sailing course. Free WiFi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the decks of the boats and in the showroom of Kempers Watersport while enjoying a cup of coffee. This house has a view over the Westeinderplassen from the living room and the terrace, not over the marina. If you want to pamper yourself after a day on the water, you can stroll to the marina for delicious lunch and dinner. Coastal cities such as Noordwijk and Katwijk can be reached in around 20 minutes by car. Bigger places like Amsterdam and Haarlem are 30 minutes away.
