Spacious apartment near the train station

Spacious furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Ideally located for business travelers working in Ober-Ramstadt, Darmstadt or Frankfurt. Parking on premise and within walking distance (900m) to the train station with direct trains to Darmstadt and Frankfurt. Brandnew house (built in 2017). If you attend Frankf. Messe: You change the train once in Frankfurt, overall travel time is 49 min (see rmv.de and Ober-Ramstadt / Messe Frankfurt). By car it takes 45 minutes. The apartment is well equipped, kept tidy and clean. It is our weekend home and we don't have many personal items around, so there is plenty of space to make you feel at home. The apartment has a beautiful wooden oak floor, a luxurious bathroom, and a guest toilet. Everything is at a high standard and brand new. The garden is not ready yet (it will be finished in spring/summer 2018) but you have a large terrace which is already built. The car parking is included and right in front of the house. Beds: We have one normal queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and one inflatable aerobed (140 x 200 cm). We find the aerobed is quite comfortable, but some people don't like it. There is also an infant travel bed which can be used. This is our weekend home and we live in Zurich, you will have the entire place for yourself. Ober-Ramstadt has some nice restaurants and shopping opportunities within 5-minutes walking distance that cover your daily needs - supermarkets and bakeries, book-, cheese- and ice cream stores, doctors and pharmacies are just around the corner. Getting around is easy by train, bus or by car. 900 meters from the train station "Ober-Ramstadt" (10 minutes to walk). The train takes you directly to Darmstadt Main Station (18 minutes), Frankfurt Main Station (33 minutes) or to the Odenwald, which offers beautiful hiking opportunities. Note if you plan to attend the Frankfurt Messe (trade fare): To Frankfurt there is a direct train (33 minutes). To Messe, you have to change the train once in Frankfurt, overall travel time is 49 minutes (see bahn.de and Ober-Ramstadt / Messe Frankfurt). Strictly no smoking and no pets.
