Newly furnished whole house 25min to Niagara falls

Well kept in a quiet neighborhood recently updated. Six-min drive to Buffalo Downtown and Niagara Falls and all it has to offer. The house has a Living/Dining room, eat-in Kitchen with brand new counters, dishwasher, Smart TV in each bedroom and living area, full Bath. Upstairs a full bath with a tub. In bedroom 1 there is a queen-sized bed, a double-sized futon, 43" in smart TV. In bedroom 2 there is a plush queen bed and 43in smart TV. The first floor second bedroom has a queen bed with 50" smart TV. In the upper area, there is one twin-sized bed with a trundle and There are two extra twin-size floor mattresses that can be used in any room for needed sleeping capacity. Please note although guest capacity is higher please double-check the number of beds provided. You may need to bring your own bedding if you need more beds than we provided.
