Welcome to our seaside retreat in Goring-by-Sea, close to the town of Worthing. Our self-contained ground floor annexe suite is perfectly situated on the seafront at the end of a quiet residential road. Having just undergone a complete refurbishment, the annexe can accommodate 2-4 people. It has a separate private entrance, 5' king-size bed, double sofa bed, and a newly fitted shower room. Free fast Wi-Fi and off-road parking is provided and there is a local shopping parade nearby. We want you to have a wonderful stay and believe that whilst you are here, this is your home for however long you are staying and that you will be relaxed and comfortable. The annexe is accessed through a side gate and has its own private front door. It benefits from a quality pocket sprung 5' king size bed, a double sofabed, newly fitted shower room, wall mounted TV, table with four chairs, a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is also new flooring throughout. We have sought to equip our sea themed annexe to a very good standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a comfortable stay. All bed linen, towels, basic toiletries, hairdryer, toilet paper and a selection of kitchen items are provided for our guests during their stay (including tea, coffee and sugar) An ironing board, iron and a high chair are available upon request. Goring Greensward, directly opposite the property, is a great place to picnic, have a BBQ, play games, swim in the blue flag waters from the adjacent beach or just sit back and relax. Folding chairs are available to borrow from us if required. Check-in time is from 3 pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please contact us if you intend to arrive early and we'll do our best to accommodate you. A parking space will be available for you on our drive directly outside the annexe, if required. Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time, the good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit a convenience store and do a small shop. This will give you more time to relax once you've checked in. There are also some good pubs and restaurants nearby that do lunches, so why not relax and enjoy some of the local eateries! If travelling by train, our nearest train station is Goring-by-Sea. Further directions on how to reach the property will be given, once your booking is confirmed. Check-out time is by 11am. Should you require a later check-out, we will do our best to accommodate that if you let us know upon booking. If we have guests arriving that day. it may not be possible to offer a late check-out as the annexe will need to be cleaned and prepared for our next guests. We’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations, following the Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol guidelines. Self check-in and check-out is also available if required. As your hosts, we are available for any advice or questions you may have during your stay, otherwise, we will give you complete privacy and limit our interactions to check in and check out only. The local high street, Goring Road, is found a short distance away (approx 15 min walk north of the property) where there is a variety of shops, cafes, take-away's (with delivery), amenities and public transport links. The renowned 'Sea Lane Cafe' can be found on the seafront just around the corner, open all day offering a variety of drinks, hot & cold food, ice creams and an amazing selection of cakes!
