Private garden pavilion at Well Cottage

Liz and Richard welcome you to this attractive Kent cottage and friendly B&B . The garden pavilion has 2 double /twin ensuite rooms and there are additional rooms in the cottage. There is a large garden with stunning views, ideal to relax and unwind. Hawkhurst has great pubs,shops and supermarkets with walking, fishing, cycling and sailing at Bewl Water and Bedgebury forest (including Go Ape), and lots of National Trust properties ,Bodiam Castle , Sissinghurst and Great Dixter gardens nearby. We are close to Hawkhurst ,have plenty of off-road parking , and Bedgebury Forest and the Sussex Border Path can be reached from our garden and offer lovely walking. We hope you will enjoy the garden pavilion but will welcome you to our sun room in the cottage for breakfast --the garden is for your enjoyment . At the moment with Covid 19 we are not providing breakfast in the house but we will provide the food for a continental breakfast in the pavilion . There is a microwave,fridge,toaster and outside table and chairs for your use. We are always available to provide local information and advice for your visits and meals in local pubs and restaurants Delmonden Lane is quiet and rural surrounded by fields and woodland,.This is an area of outstanding natural beauty(AONB), 1.5 miles from the village of Hawkhurst We can provide a list of taxis for you to book, there is a bus on the main road but it is infrequent . Etchingham railway station approximately 4 miles away We provide breakfast either continental or a full English , any dietary requirements can be catered for
