On the edge of Ashtead Park, which is home to The City of London Freemen's School. Perfect place for a walk around the fishing lake . A short drive to Box Hill & Denbies Vineyard - or bring your bicycles, this is one of Surrey's most popular areas for cyclists. There are many golf courses in the area and plenty of activities for all age groups. Parking on the drive or if you have an extra special vehicle why not use our secure garage with remote control roller shutter access, just let us know if you want to use this. 20 mins walk to Ashtead railway station, and regular bus service into Epsom town, 10 min walk. 20 min walk to RAC Country Club and Epsom Downs Racecourse, home of the Derby. Uber taxi service also available and we can help with airport shuttles by prior arrangement. Gatwick & Heathrow airports are approximately 35 minutes away (when the traffic is ok!). We have two cats, so sadly may not be suitable for anyone with cat allergies.
