The house is only 1 minute away from the center of Sami where you can find super markets, bakeries, restaurants, bars and two beautiful beaches. The property has spacious areas, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, gas, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air-condition and ceiling fans and a parking area for up to 3 cars just outside the house. The property also includes: washing machine, iron & ironing board, hair dryer. The beautiful ground area, full of flowers and trees includes stone-made flower beds, a furnished veranda for up to 8 guests and terraces both sunny and shaded, offer perfect spots for relaxing in a peaceful environment with a lovely view of the natural scenery.
