The apartment comes with two bathrooms, both en-suite There is a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances to include, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. All pot and pans, utensils and cooking facilities are included. The rooms are large so plenty of social space to use. All linen, hairdryer, shampoos tea/coffee making facilities are included along with FREE Wi Fi. The apartment comes with an allocated parking space with nearby overnight parking available just a couple of minutes walk away for additional guests. The apartment is located only a 30 second walk away from Friar Gate with its popular bars / restaurants and takeaways! Opposite the apartment is the quiet traditional Orange Tree pub. You have the whole top floor apartment, please be aware that this apartment is on the second floor and requires climbing stairs to get to it, if you have elderly or any friends or family with mobility access then the stairs might be difficult. We do not have a reception desk and no one is on site all the time but someone wil always be available to answer any queries for the duration of your stay. City centre location, conveniently situated a stones throw from the vibrant Restaurant, cafe and bar area of Derby with the added bonus of free gated city centre parking. Should for any reason there be issues with the parking space then park opposite in The Orange Tree pub and let us know the issue you are having. The main bus station is a short walk away and the apartment is close to all major routes and ring roads in and out of the city. Taxis are available nearby
