A comfortable and stylish 3 bedroom home with two double beds, one single bed, an additional sofa bed and full kitchen. A spacious lounge / dining area and lovely garden. Free parking is available. You will have access to a full kitchen that includes everything you need for your stay. Three comfortable bedrooms with two doubles, a single and a double sofa bed in the living room. Modern bathroom which includes a bath and the master bedroom has its own en suite shower room. Guests have access to the whole property with a parking space and garden. Full kitchen including oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer. We will greet on arrival to hand over the key and show you round briefly, then leave you to enjoy your stay. We have a key safe for very late night arrivals. We will be available by phone and on hand throughout your stay should you need anything at all. We are located on a friendly and quiet residential estate so perfect for a good night sleep. A short drive or 30 minute walk to Colchester town centre including train station, Castle Park, restaurants, pubs and bars. A short drive to the A12, Colchester Zoo, Friday Woods and the beach at Mersea Island. There is free parking at the property and a car is useful to get around the town but not essential. There is a bus stop very nearby and Colchester Town train station is only 1.2 miles away. We can also share local taxi numbers.
