The reservoir lake (with a separate nudist area) for swimming, boating and a climbing forest are about 1000 metres away, along very pleasant forest paths. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Many places of interest are nearby. It is about 45 minutes by car to Dresden, about 65 minutes to Leipzig. Small holiday house with modern furnishing and a terrace This is a holiday house completely renovated in 2012/2013, in a very quiet location, near a reservoir lake in the recreational area of Oberrabenstein in Chemnitz. The guesthouse of around 47m² is on a 400m² fenced site with a private parking space. It has a living room with modern furnishing, including a leather corner sofa that can be converted into a bed, and a 42“ Plasma TV with a satellite receiver, a stereo system, a DVD player for entertainment, and a games console on request for children.
