The Steading, Docking

A modern, convenient for couples, young families and a dog friendly holiday annex (max. 1 dog), located in Docking, a few miles inland from the beautiful North Norfolk coast with easy access to the surrounding villages such as Sedgeford, Hunstanton, Thornham, Brancaster, Stanhoe and Burnham Market. The village of Docking includes a shop, post office, pub, fish and chip shop, children's playing field/park and every Wednesday there is a local produce market. The annex sleeps 5 with a master bedroom, double bedroom and single bedroom, a kitchen/lounge/dining area, a bathroom, a downstairs WC and an private external courtyard. The annex includes wifi throughout, a travel cot, baby highchair, baby monitor, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fans and cloths airer. We welcome one dog only, and we ask that dogs do not go on soft furnishings or upstairs. Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Underfloor heating, a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, dining table and 6 chairs, smart TV, cupboard with games, oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. All utensils and cooking utensils, mugs, cups, plates etc. Bedroom 1 - master bedroom Kingsize bed with wardrobe, bedside tables, chests of drawers and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 Double bed with chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and smart TV. Bedroom 3 Single bed with chest of drawers and smart TV Bathroom The family bathroom which includes a WC, WHB and bath with rain shower. Downstairs WC Includes WC, WHB and washing machine. Large enclosed Courtyard with bbq, table and six chairs, a washing line. And a small courtyard, Includes table and 4 chairs and your own bins. Parking Available for 2 cars. This is a private parking space signposted “the steading” Guest access You will have exclusive use of the annex for the duration of your stay. Available during stay via mobile or email.
