Chillin' house by the sea

As we support the philosophy of house guesting, me and my family welcome you to our beautiful summer house to enjoy your holidays with friends or family! The balcony with the breathtaking view will make your mornings and nights just wonderful and absolutely relaxing. No matter what i say, just come and enjoy! The house is located on a hill, 50m from the beach, on state of the art housing complex with private parking (2 spaces) and a common Olympic size swimming pool. The complex is facing the Southwest Aegean sea and the temple of Poseidon in Cape . It combines the principles of modern architecture with the ones of Greek traditional Aegean architecture. A 120 sqm house in ground and first floor constructed with respect for the nature surrounding it. The ground floor consist of one big bedroom (double bed and sitting place with a double sofa-bed), another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Both rooms benefit from sunlight, views to the sea and access in the private garden. The first floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, the living room and a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. There is also a fire place corner and a separate dinning space. Next to the fireplace there is a comfy sofa-bed, TV and DVD player. Both living room and bedroom access a spacious balcony with breathtaking view to the Aegean sea and the Poseidon Temple. A BBQ is available making the place ideal for enjoying the sunset and the sea at night. Swimming pool: the swimming is closed every day from 15.00-17.30 and from 21.00-07.00 and also every Monday for cleaning purposes. Private rocky spole I’m always here for you! Please don’t hesitate to contact me anytime! There is no car traffic around the complex making our community very private, quiet and safe. The roads are ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. We have a walking path that parallels the cost line just a few meters above the sea that is great to walk in the cool afternoon and early evening. I recommend you to rent a car because the public transportation is very poor at the area and you will it for your excursions!
