A beautifully styled studio with a tasteful blend of contemporary and antique furniture, double bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchenette, patio garden + bbq . Separate to main property with own entrance, parking, pvt garden. The property is recently renovated to create a stylish studio flat. Private Access is from the road up some stairs. There is also access from inside the property which involves fewer steps. I live in the main house and am available most of the time. Please note there are dogs on site . A ridgeback and two sausage dogs. Wroxton is a pretty village with predominately stone and thatch cottages. Guests will enjoy the charm of our beautiful quintessentially English village. A great location to escape the rat race. Fabulous long walks in the countryside. Surrounded by 3 counties the cities of Stratford upon Avon and Oxford are within drivable distance. Bordering the Cotswolds and all its beauty Wroxton gives you a taste of Cotswold beauty . A car would be advised but there is a taxi service in Banbury as well as the train and bus stations . Pets can be accommodated but this needs to be discussed prior to booking as larger breeds aren’t suitable . Pets cannot be left unaccompanied all day . No more than 2 small dogs or one medium dog permitted.
