It is an old house and refurbished in 2019 surrounded by agricultural fields. It keeps some original features such as the floor in the bedroom area and the wooden ceiling. It is situated in a small village called Mélvoa and lies in a valley with a privileged view over nature. At the rear there is a completely private leisure area with artificial turf where you can soak up the sun and eat outdoors.
