Cozy, quite, safe little place with everything needed for guests working, travelling, on family trips. There is parking space at the property and it is also in close proximity of a bus stop with regular bus services into Durham City Centre and to the University are run. English Breakfast to be prepared for guests in the morning with extra charge if wanted! (You won't regret!) Living room, dining room, kitchen, private bathroom and toilet, the garden and the private rooms are all available for the guests to use! Very quite area with a park right outside the place! 25/30 minute walk from the City Centre, 5/10 minute walk to Tesco Extra, and bus stations close by for those travelling to city centre or university by public transport. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. PARKING: parking space is available for one car. Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. Please clean up after and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. Please do not rearrange our furniture. NO PARTY is allowed.
