We are in a beautiful rural setting and only a 10-15 minute walk to Rowlands Castle railway station (Portsmouth to London line), village cafe, pubs & shops. It's an easy reach to Stansted House, Chichester, Goodwood, Portsmouth, Hayling Island and the Isle of Wight. We are also on the National Cycling Network route and the Shipwrights Way, ideal for a cycling/walking stop over. Continental breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Guests are asked to use hand gel when they enter and leave the premises. The bedroom which is next to a modern bathroom, you will have sole use of this during your stay. Easy access to London and Portsmouth via the train We have an elderly cat who sleeps most of the day so shouldn’t bother guests.
