Welcome to our house completely renovated with care in the center of the commune of Brède, city of Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyards of the serious and Pessac-Léognan 20 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Bordeaux Mérignac airport, and 5 minutes from the Toulouse motorway. Access is direct to all shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office, etc ...) and the bike path called "the greenway" connecting in particular La Brede to the basin of Arcachon via the lake of Hostens (bathing). Our house, which can accommodate maximum 6 people, is composed of 2 bedrooms: 1 bed 160 * 200, 2 beds 90 * 200 (convertible 180 * 200 on request), a bathroom, a laundry room, a toilet, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking a garden with terrace where you can bask on sunny days! You will also have a private parking (possibility 3 cars) and a key box that will ensure your autonomy. The house comes with 3 car spaces and a key box to enable you to check in / out as you please.
