La Torretta - Torretta

The Torretta di Casa Borsi was, in ancient times, the barn of the area. The original building consisted of a ground floor and two floors of stone tower for the protection of wheat in defense of rodents. In the '70s and' 90s my grandfather built two habitable floors (one of which was attic) at the level of the tower, thus obtaining apartments in the greenery and tranquility of the Val di Vara. Recently renovated, the house offers all the comforts, a large garden and private parking.
