Private bathroom with shower off the bedroom, modern lounge (with sofa bed)/kitchen & separate bedroom. Private south facing front garden complete with garden furniture and lockable bike storage. Located in Seaford, East Sussex, the property is adjacent to the owner's home, so they are always on site should you need them. Furthermore, the property benefits from having plenty of FREE on-road parking just around the corner. The property comprises a modern living area, flat screen television with Netflix & a blue-ray player, leather sofabed, breakfast bar with stools, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The separate bedroom features a comfortable small double bed, wardrobe storage and the door to the main bathroom. Please note when the sofabed is laid out it is cozy (has a memory foam mattress) yet offers limited space for walking around so will need to be folded away after each use to enable full use of lounge area. The breakfast bar area offers a great space/workbase with comfortable bar seating and a pop up power/usb station plus free wifi. French doors lead from the main living area into a beautiful private south-facing garden, complete with garden furniture. Guests have their own entrance and will have private access to all areas within the seaford holiday home along with its own private south facing front garden. We live in the property attached to the holiday home so are always on hand should you need us for anything at all during your stay. The holiday home has its own entrance and private secluded front garden - your privacy will always be respected, though we are always available if you fancy a chat! Seaford is a wonderful small coastal town, situated within the Seven Sisters Country Park, between Eastbourne and Brighton. An area of outstanding natural beauty, it is sure to be a firm favourite with walkers, cyclists and nature enthusiasts in particular. Conveniently located, Seaford Holiday Home is within a short distance from the town centre, offering a good range of pubs and independent shops. We are fortunate to be based only a short distance away from rural walks, the seven sisters cliffs and the river Cuckmere. Eastbourne, a more traditional seaside town can be found only 15 minutes drive away and Brighton, a bohemian, quirky, lively town is a 30 minute drive away. Nearby you will find: The Seven sisters Country Park – offering range of wonderful walks and breathtaking views, Amazing Beaches - a choice of many within walking distance. Beachy head - the highest chalk sea cliff in Britain, PYO Fruit farm, Friston Forest, Beech woods with marked walking and mountain bike routes to explore throughout. Seaford train station is just a 6 minute taxi ride, 16 min bus ride or 50 minute walk away from the property. Bus stops can be found under a minute away from the property and travel to Eastbourne and Brighton every half an hour.
