Small Family Apartment - Amsterdam & Beach 20 min

This apartment has everything a holiday residence should have, comfortable living! The area around it has a pleasant ''industrial'' vibe and is set in a authentic and bustling city which offers plenty of restaurants and terraces with a view on the river “the zaan” which flows to Amsterdam. Take a moment while you rest on the couch and watch Netflix or prepare for your day trip to Amsterdam or the beach (reachable in 20 minutes). In case you need groceries, the supermarket is next door! The living-room offers plenty of space for family's or groups up to four persons. There’s a sitting corner with television and open kitchen with dinner table. The kitchen provides you with plenty of cooking utensils and necessities to realize a lovely meal. The bed room comes with a queen-size bed and large closet. In case there’s a third or fourth person there are two comfortable single beds placed in the living-room . Finally there’s a large hallway and private bathroom. In case you wish to relax outside, make use of our picknick tables in our shared space and have a BBQ (which we are still improving). All of the apartment is yours to use. You have double locked doors : one downstairs and the one granting you access to your apartment. You are in a remote area so the only neighbors are the other tourists in the apartments we also offer. There’s security control on the perimeter to make sure everything is safe during day and night. You as guest can access everything in apartment: There’s a wasmachine located in the private bathroom. there's a private hallway only accessible for guests. There are private parking spots located at the front of the building. Im not at the location and expect guests can manage themselves. When necessary or guests have a question they can reach out to me by airbnb chat. I will usually answer the same day. I already gave price about the neighborhood but i add to it that there are many restaurants to enjoy lunch or an meal and enjoy fantastic view on the Zaan and it's factories. Meaning you can have lunch ir dinner directly located at waterside. There's also plenty of nature to enjoy and easily reachable on foot! Just an 15 minutes walk to ''de poel'' and ''t zwet'' and enjoy the view and surrounding of dutch farmland and argiculture. There also many bird's to see for bird for lovers and routes to walk or go with an bike. You can also take the canoe through all the wetlands if you are more the sportive type! On an hot summer day you have plenty of choices to choose from. You can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool ''the pool zwet'' also located near the beautiful natural area but can also go for the beach. There's Wijk aan Zee (only 20km) and Zandvoort (at 25KM). You can take you're car or use uber and it's only a 20 minutes drive. If you alter you're route there's also the famous Zaanse Schans. You already reach the start of the trail in 15 minutes and have you're own tailored tour. If you prefer to do this with bike we recommend renting this at ''wormerveer tweewielers''. We can assist if you have troubles communicating/renting bikes at the store. It's only an small stroll towards the trainstation to get train acces. From where you have good connections to Amsterdam and other interesting places. Wormerveer - Amsterdam : 20 minutes (going till 1 PM) Wormerveer - Schiphol : 30 minutes Wormerveer - Zaandam : 9 minutes Train also goes to Zandvoort if you wish to have an daytrip. The supermarket (dekamarkt): 5 minutes walk The parking area and communal hallway is surveyed by camera Also note: We hire a professional cleaning company to clean the apartment for 3 hours after every checkout and make up beds with freshly washed bed linnen. Occasionally the dryer might still be running (or full) as we wash and dry everything but we don’t always manage to do so within the cleaning time frame of next check in.
