Self contained sunny annexe, ensuite, own entrance

Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace and quiet just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed, table, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, pans, clothes storage and hanging. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask. Since moving here in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , I have been improving the house and the annexe, and I am now busy transforming my very sunny garden from a wasteland to a sanctuary for you to enjoy. If you need it, I have an armchair available which converts easily to a single bed. As well as your comfortable annexe, you are welcome to sit out in the garden, too. You have cooking facilities, including hot plates and slow cooker. If you need an oven, you have access to the fully equipped dining kitchen in the house at any time on request. Parking is available either on my drive or on the street. I am happy to answer questions you may have about the area. If I am not at home, you will be able to reach me by phone and (Hidden by Airbnb) . This is a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to historical sites, shopping, and transport links. Being so close to the centre of town, the station and buses, getting around is very easy on foot, by bicycle and public transport. I have adopted two nine year old cats, twin sisters. They had been abandoned, but are beautiful and love being fussed.
