Enniskerry Self-catering Apartments No. 1

We have 4 self-catering apartments in Balgowan/Lidgetton, in the KZN Midlands. We're close to Granny Mouse Country House, Michaelhouse School, The Groves Wedding Venue, The Railhouse Farmstall, The Glades, Piggly Wiggly, Culamoya Chimes, Mandela Capture Site, Midmar Dam and are ideally situated on the Midlands Meander just off the R103. The units are well appointed and very comfortable with poly percale linen on the beds and electric blankets. They are equipped with towels (replaced every 4 days), tea/coffee/sugar/small milk, salt/pepper. There is a 2 plate stove and oven, microwave, fridge with a separate freezer on top and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have heaters, fans, small braziers and braais – please bring your own wood and or charcoal. Showers have soap, shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner. The rooms are not serviced so you will not be disturbed. Should you require someone to come in daily and make the beds and wash dishes, this can be arranged at an extra R75 per day per unit. Guest's own accommodation as booked. You will be issued with a remote control for the gate. The owners reside on site and are happy to help. However, you will not be disturbed during your stay as we believe guests who come here want to relax and do their own thing. We are always just a phonecall away in the event that we have gone out. Enniskerry is unique in that we are situated in a rural residential area. This means we have neighbours but are in a farm environment. We are close to Granny Mouse Country House and Spa (1km), Orchards Wedding Venue (3km), Michaelhouse School (6km), Piggly Wiggly (7km), Caverham Mill Restaurant (6km), The Glades (7km), Buffelsbosch Equestrian facility (6km) and Culamoya Chimes (8km). Onsite parking is available. Airport transfers can be arranged with prior notification and at an additional charge. We are in the middle of the Midlands Meander with Howick (18km) being the closest town with shops and hospitals to the south of us and Nottingham Road (16km) to the north of us. There is no public transport. The apartments are not serviced daily. The apartment is cleaned and fresh linen is provided every 4 days.
