Villa Leko is a house for 6 people, located right next to the Cetina river in a rural area, far enough for a quiet getaway, yet close enough to enable you to explore all the beauty of Croatia. In our spacious Villa you will find EVERYTHING YOU NEED for a carefree vacation: a 32m2 pool, wi-fi and satellite, a barbecue house, air-conditioning, kitchenware along with all the necessary kitchen appliances (a coffee machine, blender, water heater, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and others), hairdryer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, enclosed parking, bicycles, trampolines along with a baby bed and a feeder upon request. The house has central heating and an indoor fireplace which makes it an excellent choice even in the winter months when the cold winds come howling down the mountain Dinara next to which the house is located. The house consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, living room, dining room and a bathroom, and a first floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a fully equipped barbecue house and an outdoors bathroom. Stores, clinics and a church along with restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the 10-kilometer remote Vrlika or the 30-km remote Knin. The Villa is also distanced 70 kilometers from Split in which all the big centers are located, along with a ferry port from which you can take boat rides to explore the beauties of the stunning Adriatic islands. There is also an airport near Split. The villa is also 50 km removed from Šibenik and the Krka National park, 131 km from Zadar and 160 km from the Plitvice lakes National park. All in all, ideal for relaxation! Villa Leko is located right next to river Cetina (which is abundant in drinkable water), and only a 5-minute walk from its stunningly beautiful spring-Vrela Glavaši which is explored up to a depth of 115 meters. A bit closer is the Church of St. Spas built during the 9. century. In the period FROM THE 10TH OF JUNE TO THE 1ST OF OCTOBER you can enjoy the 32 m2 pool. You also have bicycles at your disposal to better explore the beauties of this region. The region is also fit for hiking since it's located at the base of Mt Dinara. The summer nights are much more pleasant than in other places owing to the mountain breeze and the proximity of the river. The house has enclosed parking, but there is a large meadow in front of the house fit for parking, soccer, football, tennis and similar activities. This region is still engaged in eco friendly sheep and goat farming, and if you wish so, you can find eco friendly goat cheese, goat milk or a pack of chicken eggs along with homegrown seasonal vegetables from villagers with family farms just a few houses down the street.
