This holiday park is situated in a beautiful location in the middle of the Hunsrück, in a hilly landscape with many height differences. The park is surrounded by forests and next to a small reservoir.This holiday park has a various of facilities to enjoy and is therefore a great destination for all ages.For example, during your stay you can enjoy the subtropical swimming paradise with a super fast slide, wild water slide, jet streams and a whirlpool. You are guaranteed to have a lot of water fun in one of the most fun indoor pools in Germany.For teens aged 13-17, there is a ChillZone where you can listen to music, play games, play on the Wii or Xbox or just hang out with other youngsters. The parks organises disco evenings, survival and dance contests on a regular basis. During the school holidays the animation team provides entertainment. You can participate in fun activities such as crafts and various sports activities.The central building (accessible per stairs) has free Wi-Fi and includes a reception, café, buffet-restaurant, sauna (closed/ renovation), indoor playground, bowling alley and laundry. Furthermore, there is a tennis court, mini golf, football and basketball court, archery, jogging track, and a barbecue area.There are several parking lots where you can safely park your car. At this holiday park and in the surrounding area there is much to experience, your stay will always be to short.Do you not feel like cooking? In the restaurant you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner every day (for a fee).Due to many differences in altitude and many stairs, the park is less suitable for people with walking difficulties. This fully furnished bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people. The bungalow has a living room with open kitchen. The living room is equipped with equipment such as a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. There are two bedrooms, two of which have two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Outside on the terrace you have access to garden furniture.Exterior and interior may differ. This nice holiday park is located in the beautiful and hilly Hunsrück. The park itself offers a wide range of recreational facilities, but the environment is also perfect for an active and culinary holiday. Near the holiday park you will find the Erbeskopf (816m). This the highest mountain in the Rhineland-Palatinate. Whiz down the toboggan run or put on your ski gear in the winter to enjoy great skiing or cross-country skiing. Take the most beautiful routes by bike or enjoy a breathtaking view at one of the beautiful viewpoints. What is a holiday without culture? Visit Trier or Idar-Oberstein.Trier is the oldest city in Germany. It lies on the banks of the Mosel which divides the city in two. In the old city center you will find various historic buildings that give the city a special atmosphere. The large Trier market is one of the most beautiful city squares in Germany, surrounded by buildings in different historical styles. In Trier you can enjoy culture and learn about German history, but where you also can enjoy shopping.Idar-Oberstein is a short distance from Oberhambach and is a nice place to visit. Nowadays, the city is known for the many gemstone polishing shops. There are also many gemstone shops in the center. In Idar-Oberstein you can also find the Felsenkirche, a small church built into a natural niche in the rocks and on a mountain slope.A short distance from the park you will find the beautiful 120 hectares of Bostal Lake surrounded by idyllic landscape.In Peterberg you can visit the summer toboggan run, it is a beautiful toboggan run where you can whiz down to a maximum speed of 42 km per hour!The Gondwana prehistoric museum allows you to experience the development of the earth up close!Luxembourg is also well worth your visit! It is the smallest country in the European Union after Malta but certainly not less beautiful! Or visit one of the impressive mines and learn about the gems that are common in the area.
